Biorhythms are an important tool of self-knowledge. Being able to follow the periods of strength and weakness in the main factors of a person such as physical, emotional and intellectual states, helps to make a better use of the top energy moments and how to deal with negative levels.
When you are familiarized with biorhythms, it would be easier to understand that after a period of lack in energy, will always come other with top energy. That is the law.

Biorhythms are energy cycles that have a constant effect on people's lives, these cycles start with the birth of the person. There are three types of biorhythms:
Physical: In charge of the regulation of health, resistance and perfect state of a person. It lasts 23 days.
Emotional: It has a direct influence on the sensitivity and susceptibility of a person. This cycle has 28 days.
Intellectual: It regulates creativity, learning levels and intellectual levels. It is a cycle of 33 days.

The period when the energy goes from one phase to another, is known as critical days. In other words, when the indicator line gets across the base line, getting from the negative to the positive phase and the other way around. Some people present energy instability on the critical days, although the intensity of energy is different in each biorhythm. It is also obvious that the level in biorhythms changes from one person to another.
How to Calculate Biorhythms
It is not necessary to have advanced knowledge in maths, astrology or other specific area. There are a lot of web sites that make the calculation automatically just by introducing your birth date.

Biorhythms are very useful to monitor the physical energy level of a person when having a disease, this is not a substitute for a medical appointment or a specific therapy, but it will help to identify the top energy days.
These energy levels have a statistical nature, they have nothing to do with fortune-telling, but they do have a scientist basis. There are several clinical studies that show the relation between negative biorhythm cycles and the increase of depression or other diseases.
